Contact Us
This page explains how to contact the team behind Betting Not On Gamstop, what we can help with, and what we cannot. We are an independent information site. We are not a bookmaker, and we cannot see or change anything on your betting account.
Who to contact for what
Getting the question to the right place saves time. This table shows the usual routes.
| Your question | Best place to go |
|---|---|
| A factual error, outdated offer or broken link on our pages | Contact us – we aim to check and correct anything we can verify |
| How we research and rank sites | Read About Us, then write to us if a question remains |
| A bonus, deposit, withdrawal or verification problem with a bookmaker | That bookmaker's own customer support and complaints procedure |
| Questions about our rules of use | Terms and Conditions |
| Worry about your own gambling | GamCare, or our Responsible Gambling page |
What our team can help with
- Corrections. If an offer, payment detail or term on a review looks wrong, tell us which page and which statement. Bookmakers change terms often, so a source such as the operator's own terms page helps us check quickly.
- Feedback on guides. Tell us if an explanation of wagering requirements, odds or withdrawals was unclear, or if a topic is missing.
- Questions about our method. We can explain how a page was put together and which facts were verified, and which come from bookmaker advertising.
- Commercial or press enquiries. We may earn commission from some links, but commission does not buy a ranking position.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover a withdrawal, reopen a closed account, speed up identity checks or settle a dispute with a bookmaker. We also cannot advise on whether a particular site is right for you, and we cannot guarantee any outcome from using one. Offers shown on this site, such as those from Tenobet or BetBluff, are bookmaker advertising. Check the current terms with the operator before you deposit.
Writing to us: what to include
- The page address or title you are writing about.
- The exact statement you think is wrong or unclear.
- Where you found the correct information, with the date you saw it.
- Do not send passwords, full card numbers, ID documents or bank details. We never need them.
We read all genuine messages, but we cannot promise a reply time or a reply to every message.
If you have a problem with a betting site
Start with the bookmaker. Use live chat or email so there is a written record, and keep screenshots of the offer, your bet slip and any messages. Then follow its complaints procedure. Check which regulator or licence the site states, because the route for escalating a complaint depends on it. Sites that accept British customers are not automatically authorised by the UK Gambling Commission. Many sites on this site's lists hold overseas licences, which means GamStop and UK complaint routes may not apply. Delays often come from identity (KYC) or source-of-funds checks, so having your documents ready helps.
Support if gambling is causing you harm
If gambling is affecting your money, mood or relationships, free and confidential help is available.
- GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 and offers online chat.
- GAMSTOP lets you self-exclude from UK-licensed sites. Our lists cover sites outside that scheme, so think carefully if you chose to exclude yourself.
- Deposit limits, loss limits, self-exclusion and gambling blocking software are explained on our Responsible Gambling page.
Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over. It should never be treated as income or a way to fix money problems.
